About Expo Orbit
Expo Orbit sits in the menu bar and saves mobile developers a few steps when testing apps. Drop an Android .apk or an iOS Simulator .app onto it, or pick a file, and it installs and opens the build on a running simulator, emulator or connected device. It also lists available iOS simulators and Android emulators and starts them for you, optionally with emulator audio turned off.
If you use Expo's EAS build service, Orbit can also install builds and updates straight from your EAS dashboard, show pinned projects and open Snack examples. The simulators themselves still come from Xcode and the Android SDK. Orbit is also available for Windows and Linux.
