About Memo
Memo keeps your to-dos in the menu bar, with no Dock icon and no window to manage. You add tasks in a quick field, give them a priority and an optional due date (overdue dates turn red), and drag them into order. When you finish one, you choose whether it stays in place, moves to the bottom or disappears. Tasks are stored locally and the app updates itself with Sparkle. It suits people with a short, running list who want it one click away.
Memo requires macOS 27 or later on Apple silicon. The README says it is not notarized, so macOS blocks the first launch; you allow it under System Settings, Privacy & Security, with Open Anyway. Building it yourself needs Xcode 26 or later and a free Apple ID.
