About Stand
Stand runs in the menu bar and records how long you sit and how long you stand at a standing desk. Its idle mode is meant for desk activities that do not involve the computer. It suits people who want a simple record of their sitting and standing time rather than a full health tracker. The interface is available in English, French, German, Spanish and Simplified Chinese.
It needs macOS 13.5 or later and is a universal build. The Releases page offers the Mac App Store build of version 3.5, which Apple signs, and the App Store listing is free. The last release was published in March 2025.
