Whisk

Whisk keeps a history of what you copy, including text, links, images, files and colours, and shows it in a Paste-style panel at the bottom of the screen. Pins, search and filters by source app and content type narrow the list, and clicking a card copies it back. History is stored on your Mac. It is for people who want a clipboard history they can read and modify, since the source is public.

It requires macOS 14 or later; the Liquid Glass look needs macOS 26 and earlier systems get a material fallback. The app is a universal build and is notarized by Apple. macOS can ask apps for permission to read the clipboard, and Whisk asks once; until you allow it, nothing is recorded. Pasting directly into the active app needs Accessibility access.
