PPOCRv6Det.mlmodelc, PPOCRv6Rec.mlmodelc and ppocrv6_keys.txt are converted
from PaddlePaddle's PP-OCRv6 small text detector and recognizer (ONNX exports
as packaged by RapidOCR 3.10.0), licensed under the Apache License 2.0.
