About Copi
Copi offers copy and paste that does not go through the system clipboard. It can be used from an Action Bar that appears over selected text, from dedicated copy and paste shortcuts, or by overriding the system copy and paste shortcuts. The project says it uses a macOS service to move text, so other apps cannot read it. It is aimed at people who often copy sensitive information and do not trust the system clipboard.
Copi requires macOS 13 or later and is a universal build. The app is notarized. Its roadmap lists history, cut and obfuscated paste as not yet done, so it is not a clipboard manager with a history.
