HandySwitch

HandySwitch puts five everyday macOS toggles in one menu bar icon: Dark Mode, Prevent Sleep, Clean Mode, Reverse Mouse Scroll and Smooth Mouse Scroll. Clean Mode blacks out the displays and blocks keyboard and mouse input so you can wipe the screen and keys. The reversed scroll only affects an external mouse, so the trackpad keeps its natural scrolling. It is for people who switch these settings often and do not want to open System Settings. The project says it has no accounts and no telemetry.

Requires macOS 14 or later, on Apple silicon or Intel. Releases are signed and notarized and update through Sparkle. Clean Mode exits only when you hold Esc for three seconds, and Dark Mode needs Automation permission for System Events.
