About IconChanger
IconChanger replaces the icon of an app or folder. You can do it in a graphical window with a live Dock preview, or from a command-line tool for scripts. Icons can be searched through macOSicons.com, and favourites and history keep past choices. A background service restores custom icons on a schedule or after app updates. It suits people who customize their Mac and want their icons restored after updates.
Requires macOS 13.0 or later and administrator privileges. The README does not say whether the build is notarized. The README says the interface is localized in 30 languages.
