About macOrganizer
macOrganizer works on one folder at a time. You choose whether to organize its files or remove unnecessary ones, pick the folder and press the matching button. Removing unnecessary files moves duplicate and archive files to the Trash rather than deleting them, so you can review them first. It suits occasional tidying of a downloads or documents folder.
The download is an Intel (x86_64) app with a minimum of macOS 10.13 according to its Info.plist, so Apple silicon Macs run it through Rosetta 2. It is signed with a developer certificate but not notarized, and Gatekeeper rejects it, so the first launch has to be allowed in System Settings. The last commit is from July 2018.
