Pomatez

Pomatez runs Pomodoro cycles of focused work and short and long breaks, with lengths you can change. A small task list sits beside the timer, and special breaks can be pinned to set times of day such as lunch. During breaks it can take over the whole screen so you step away, although that mode covers only one display.

Strict mode stops you from pausing, skipping or resetting a running session. Other options include desktop notifications with optional spoken alerts, always-on-top and compact windows, a progress indicator in the menu bar, and a dark theme. It is an Electron app with Apple silicon and Intel builds, and it updates itself in the background.
