About Scroll to Zoom
Scroll to Zoom makes mouse-wheel scrolling act as pinch zoom in apps that lack zoom gestures. You hold a modifier key, or double-tap and scroll on a Magic Mouse. You choose which apps it applies to, can strip modifier keys for particular apps, and can send Command-plus and Command-minus instead for apps that ignore gestures. It suits people who zoom often with a regular mouse.
It runs on Intel and Apple silicon from macOS 10.13 High Sierra. It uses protected technologies that rule out sandboxing, so it is not sold through the Mac App Store. The release app is ad-hoc signed and not notarized: on macOS Sequoia or later the README tells you to clear the quarantine flag with xattr, then open the app from its context menu, and to grant the permissions it asks for.
