About LeftHandy
LeftHandy is a small utility for people who use a mouse with their left hand on a Mac set up for right-handed use. It flips the cursors so they match a left-handed grip and can swap the left and right mouse buttons. A first-launch flow walks you through granting the Accessibility permission the app needs before it can change either setting, and it shows the permission status in real time.
It requires macOS 14 or later. The DMG is a universal build for Apple silicon and Intel, and it passes Gatekeeper's notarization check, so no workaround is needed for the first launch. Accessibility permission must be granted under System Settings, Privacy & Security, and the app does nothing without it.
