About Flickbar

Flickbar lets you move windows with the trackpad: two fingers on a title bar snap the window to a half, a third, a quarter, the full screen or the center, and a hold shows a grid to pick a cell from. Swipes on a Dock icon show, hide or cycle an app's windows, and every action can also have a keyboard shortcut. It suits people who keep several windows open on a laptop and would rather gesture than drag. The gesture logic is documented in the README, and the project ships unit and end-to-end tests.

The README says it needs macOS 14 or later and a trackpad, and that it builds for Apple silicon and Intel. Releases are signed with a Developer ID and notarized by Apple. It asks for Accessibility permission on first launch, which macOS requires for any app that moves windows. The project collects no data, and it contacts its update feed only when you turn on update checks.
