About On Hand
On Hand keeps a history of the text, links and images you copy, so you can search it and copy an item back later. It can find text inside screenshots, pin items you reuse into boards such as Snippets or Addresses, and open the history from any app with Command-Shift-Space. It suits people who copy the same things repeatedly and want that history to stay on their Mac.
Requires macOS 14 Sonoma or later, on Apple silicon or Intel. The README says the app is signed and notarized by Apple. History is a local database, nothing is uploaded, and the app has no analytics. Card numbers, Social Security numbers and secret keys are not saved. Saving the messages you send is optional and limited to apps you choose.
