About Anthora
Anthora browses the photos and videos in folders you choose, leaves the originals where they are, and lets you make photo books and export them as PDFs. It also has review queues of cleanup suggestions that you apply yourself. It suits people with large family or travel libraries who want to keep their media on their own disks.
Anthora requires macOS 14 or later on Apple silicon. The README says direct downloads are ad-hoc signed and not notarized, so the first launch has to be allowed under System Settings, Privacy & Security. All features are free and no account is needed; donations are optional and unlock nothing. The source repository leaves out the optional face-embedding model and private deployment settings, and the app works without the model.
