FunNotch

FunNotch draws a panel in the MacBook notch. Its home screen is a grid you arrange yourself, and it can show now-playing controls, a drag-and-drop shelf for files in transit, searchable clipboard history with pinning, focus sessions that block sites and apps, a timer and a daily notes scratchpad. Thirteen widgets can sit beside the camera. On an external display without a notch it becomes a floating pill. It suits people who want quick glances and small tools in that strip of menu bar rather than another window.

The README lists macOS 14 or later, as a universal build for Apple silicon and Intel. The builds are signed ad hoc rather than with a paid developer certificate, so they are not notarized: the first launch needs Open Anyway under System Settings, Privacy & Security. Permissions are optional, each tied to one feature. Weather and album artwork come from their own servers, and the update check contacts GitHub. The README says there is no analytics or telemetry.
