About Haze
Haze fills the desktop with animated gradients and live wallpapers, and includes a screensaver that matches them. The gradients are drawn with Metal, and the app ships presets. It suits people who want an animated background on their Mac.
It needs macOS 15 or later. The README says it was built and tested on macOS 26 and 27 on Apple silicon. The Liquid Glass interface appears on macOS 26, and macOS 15 uses a standard material instead. The README says release builds from v0.1.4 onward are signed with Developer ID and notarized; they update themselves through Sparkle. A build you compile yourself is ad hoc signed, so the first launch needs Open Anyway in System Settings.
